This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing contractors as a Recruitment Administrator based in our Head Office in Ringwood.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, building relationships, and ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for candidates and hiring managers.
You will provide vital administrative support across the full recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to onboarding new starters and is an essential part of delivering our growth.
Your Responsibility;
The provision of administrative support throughout the recruitment process, contributing to a positive experience for candidates, our supply chain and hiring managers.
Key requirements;
• Complete administrative tasks across the recruitment cycle in order that our hiring managers are fully updated on candidate progress from application to offer sent, including; interview set up, CV sifting and notifications to candidates/agencies.
• Work closely with the HR admin team to ensure offers are issued in a timely manner. •
Coordinate attendance at external recruitment events such as education establishments providing supporting materials to promote Knights Brown to future talent.
• Provide monthly KPIs and recruitment metrics as required for future improvements.
• Manage all documentation in line with Data Protection guidance, ensuring documentation such as interview notes are filed correctly.
• Provide feedback on the candidate experience from applicant to employee and recommend improvements to the wider HR team.
• Support events such as our central emerging talent recruitment event.
• Update our HRIS system, Hibob and our ATS, Teamtailor maintaining accurate records.
Essential
Previous experience in a recruitment, HR, or administrative role (agency or in-house)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills
Confident using Microsoft Office and recruitment systems, specifically around data analytics.
Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A team player with a positive and proactive approach
Comfortable dealing with confidential information

Previous experience of using HRIS and ATS systems
