Job Purpose

To apply and develop your knowledge as a Sub Agent, supporting the delivery of projects to a high standard and furthering your management capabilities.

Key Requirements

Essential

• Experience managing small teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.

• Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.

• Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.

• Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.

Desirable

• Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments.

• Basic commercial awareness and ability to support business development.

• Relevant professional qualifications, CSCS, First Aid, SMSTS, TWC.
