Job Purpose
As an Administrator for the Plant department, this role is an integral part of the team to ensure the company remains compliant with all legal, regulations and policies.
Duties include;
Updating, complete & maintain the department’s records for the company’s vehicle & plant fleet.
To ensure we comply with all the various legislation, legal and HSQE regulations.
Completing and maintaining service schedules for the vehicle, updating fault logs for the plant, and storage of any safety check sheets.
Whilst conferring with the Plant Co-ordinator and plant manager, plan and instigate vehicle repairs, liaising with the drivers and their site supervisor to ensure the vehicles go in for their work at the allotted times.
Inputting & removing vehicle information on the National Motor insurance Database.
Provide assistance to the Plant Co-Ordinator, with hiring and off-hiring additional fleet requirements and any other tasks as required.
Key requirements;
Essential
• IT literate
• Excel and Word – a good working knowledge
Desirable
• A driving licence
This role is based in the Ringwood office and the hours are 8-5.
