Responsibilities include;
As a Sub Agent, you’ll lead a team and manage a defined package of works on a high-profile project within the energy sector.
Reporting to the Site Agent, you’ll support site supervisors by clearly communicating project requirements and ensuring all works are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
You’ll take ownership of your section of works - planning, coordinating, and controlling daily operations to ensure progress, quality, and cost targets are achieved.
You’ll manage resources effectively, interpret drawings accurately, and resolve challenges with a proactive, solutions-driven approach.
Collaboration is central to the role. You’ll work closely with clients, designers, and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes while fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements
Essential
• Experience managing teams or packages of work within construction or civil engineering.
• Strong organisational skills with a focus on health, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Ability to supervise site activities and mentor junior team members.
• Good understanding of project requirements, planning, and quality control.
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Flexible and willing to travel across Scotland.
Desirable
• Experience preparing reports, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Commercial awareness and ability to support business development.
• Relevant professional qualifications, SMSTS, TWC.
• Energy experience
