Responsibilities include;
Your role will be to manage a team and package of works in the growing energy or water sector.
You will lead our project and will direct our site supervisors and engineers to encourage a collective responsibility to deliver a successful project.
You will be expected to proactively drive a strong health and safety culture and ensure that works you are responsible for are properly planned, programmed and resourced to achieve a successful delivery.
You will also work with our commercial team and will have a shared responsibility towards the financial performance of our projects.
Key requirements;
Essential
- Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.
- CSCS card relevant to role
- SMSTS
- Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.
- Relevant industry/academic qualification in Civil Engineering.
Desirable
- Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator
- Crane Appointed Person
- HSG47 Underground Services
- Programming and planning experience
- Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce
- First Aid
