This is an exceptional opportunity to join one of the UK’s fastest growing contractors as a Site Administrator based in the Central Belt of Scotland, 50% on sites across Central Belt, Scotland & 50% in Office.

Core responsibilities will be:
Site-Based Tasks (approx. 50%)
• Coordinate and maintain site documentation using Viewpoint and Fieldview for full document control and compliance.
• Upload, track, and manage all site records including safety files, site diaries, risk assessments, RFIs, and change control logs.
• Support the site team with maintaining H&S records, plant/material registers, and subcontractor certifications.
• Ensure up-to-date and accurate version control for all drawings and project documentation.
• Assist with weekly/monthly progress reporting, KPIs, and compliance returns.
• Coordinate PAT testing of Knights Brown equipment and liaise with subcontractors for safety inspections.
• Oversee site setup processes: managing visitor logs, arranging site inductions/toolbox talks, and maintaining stock of PPE/consumables.
Office-Based Tasks (Dunfermline HQ – approx. 50%)
• Manage incoming communications, emails, and general site support enquiries.
• Maintain document control systems (Viewpoint and Fieldview) for centralised records management and reporting.
• Compile and distribute weekly/monthly progress, procurement, and H&S reports.
• Organise and minute project meetings, prepare invoice trackers, and assist with contract-related documentation.
• Support post-contract handover packaging and digital archiving of project deliverables. • Monitor office stock (stationery, PPE), manage purchasing and distribution.
Your role will also support project teams in managing digital workflows and document submissions through Viewpoint and Fieldview.
