Finance & HR Administrator
JOB PURPOSE & CONTRIBUTION TO THE ORGANISATION
Supporting the finance and HR function of the business providing a high level of service to our employees, customers and suppliers.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

Expenses & Credit Cards:
- Coding of weekly expenses and monthly credit card returns. Ensuring sufficient backup is provided and chasing where appropriate
- Vehicles:
- Maintaining up to date vehicle records in our systems
- Order and maintain up to date fuel card records
- Liaising with various parties to ensure smooth reallocation of vehicles
- Damage deductions to be issued to HR Advisor for processing
- Compliance license checking

Contract Sales:
- Data input of applications to clients
- Assisting with preparation for the annual audit

Subcontract Ledger:
- Updating subcontractor insurances, self-bill agreements and records held in Evision
- Monitor and update daily subcontractor order report in line with CIS & Domestic Reverse Charge VAT guidance
- Review and post subcontract valuations and invoices on Evision, provide 1st line support as appropriate

- Support the Training Advisor with general training administration
