The role is full time and based at our office in Ringwood.
JOB PURPOSE & CONTRIBUTION TO THE ORGANISATION
To maintain accurate records for the provision of plant / vehicles across sites, both owned and those gathered from the supply chain.
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Liaise with site teams to ensure timely updates on hiring of plant.
- Keep accurate records to support the accounts and HSQE department.
- Update the commercial vehicle service & maintenance records, and advise the plant yard team of repairs.
- Instigate bookings for repairs and maintenance for vehicles.
- Inputting PlantMinder timesheet's.
